About our Founder
Fernell High is a dedicated community leader, mentor, and security expert with a life-long commitment to helping individuals realize their potential. Combining over 25+ years of professional security expertise with a passion for mentorship, Fernell has established a legacy of service in New York City.
Professional Expertise & Security
As a credentialed Fire Safety Director (NYU/FDNY) with advanced training from John Jay College in Professional Security Management, Fernell has built a career on specialized knowledge, including certifications in Active Shooter Response and Medical Emergency Preparedness.
Community Leadership & Impact
Fernell’s commitment to service extends beyond the workplace. For more than 30 years, he has volunteered with the Coalition for the Homeless, providing food and essential support to hundreds of New Yorkers in need every week.
In 2000, driven by a belief in second chances and youth empowerment, Fernell founded the Harlem Youth Baseball Association. Through this not-for-profit league, he has provided year-round programs and clinics that teach inner-city youth essential skills—leadership, teamwork, and confidence—both on and off the field.
Whether securing the safety of a building or nurturing the promise of a young athlete, Fernell High remains dedicated to fostering stability and opportunity in his community.
